THE MG GROUP FINDS SUCCESS IN ITS HOWELL TOWNSHIP COMMUNITIES

          The MG Group of Companies has found great success in Howell Township, where the building firm recently opened two new home communities. Ardena Acres at Aldrich Woods and Ardena Acres at Crystal Creek represent two of Monmouth County’s most inviting neighborhoods, both in commuter-friendly locations just minutes from Route 9.

          “Howell Township has become an incredibly popular place to live, offering a key location that’s close to just about anything you can think of. The Jersey shore, world class shopping and dining, easy highway access to Manhattan and Philadelphia and terrific schools are all found within the township’s scenic environment,” says Irwin Nudelman. “A testament to the growing popularity of Howell Township is the rise in property values that has occurred there in recent years. Our earlier communities in Howell Township, Ardena Acres I and II as well as Ardena Acres at Riverside and Ardena Acres at Colts View have seen tremendous appreciation in the past several years.           According to Nudelman, Ardena Acres at Aldrich Woods provides 16 wooded homesites of one-half to a full acre situated around a quiet cul-de-sac street.           Homes at Ardena Acres at Aldrich Woods are priced from the upper $400s. Nudelman adds that buyers who act quickly can take advantage of pre-construction prices and a preview opening package which includes a full brick front with quoins and returns, Corian kitchen countertops and special crown moldings. This limited time offer also includes a special landscape package, sodded front lawns and a brick mailbox.

          Ardena Acres at Crystal Creek is the other new MG Group community in Howell Township. This neighborhood offers 31 homesites along a quiet street that’s found within an attractive, existing neighborhood, according to Nudelman. “We like to refer to Ardena Acres at Crystal Creek as ‘a community within a community.’ Since the homes are being constructed in an established area there’s already a sense of neighborhood identity, and this is something our buyers really like.” Prices start in the $500s.

          “Howell Township is an idyllic area characterized by scenic pastures, thoroughbred horse farms and rolling fields,” explains Nudelman. “This peaceful atmosphere is nevertheless close to a network of well-maintained roadways and major highways such as I-195, the New Jersey Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway and Route 9. These roads connect Howell Township to major business centers, shore resorts and Trenton. Public transportation to New York and Newark is readily available in and around Howell.”

          According to Nudelman, the recreational facilities and shopping found in the area are second to none, “Public and private golf courses are right in town as well as in neighboring communities. Recreational opportunities await at the multi-million dollar Oak Glen Park located at the Howell Township Municipal Center. Popular shopping centers include the Freehold Raceway Mall and the Six Flags Outlet Center in Jackson.”

          For cultural events, the PNC Bank Arts Center stages outdoor concerts and ethnic festivals during the spring and summer months. Nearby Red Bank provides eclectic shopping, art galleries, antiquing and fine restaurants, Nudelman notes.

          Families with school age children appreciate Howell Township’s reputation for outstanding schools, Nudelman says. “The top-rated schools in Howell feature eight modern Kindergarten-to-Grade-Five schools, and two state-of-the-art middle schools. Howell Township is also part of the well-respected Freehold Regional secondary school system, which is comprised of six high schools.”

          Howell Township’s borders encompass 62-square miles, making it the largest municipality in Monmouth County. Bordering towns include Colts Neck, Wall Township, Brick, Lakewood, Jackson Township and Freehold. Part of Allaire State Park is within Howell, and the Manasquan River in the park attracts fishers and canoers. “Whether you’re a single person, a married couple with kids or a retiree, Howell offers something for everyone,” Nudelman states.
